“I find the hose reel does get tangled up and twisted which is disappointing and I also find the water pressure to be very low on the nozzle - but that may be due my outlet . Im really sorry to say I am a little disappointed with the hose reel - this is my second hose from you and I didn't find my first one got twisted like this one does”
