“After installing the hose reel on a wall I had trouble with the hose guide not moving from side to side however as this is my third hose reel from your company I had a look at one of my other hose reels noticed that the rubber belt was not in the correct position I managed to move it to the correct position and now all is good.And yes I would have no problem recommending your product to other people and in fact have done so.”
“If you are wondering is it worth the cost...don’t. You will not remember how much you paid for it when you are easily washing your car or watering your lawn. When you mow and you don’t have to wind up the hose which is always on the ground. I reckon I could have gone on a good holiday with the number of hoses, sprays, nozzles fittings I have bought and thrown away cause they break or more infuriating leaks all the time.
