“Took my 25m High Flow in for repair because it wasn’t retracting. Two weeks later I called for progress. Hoselink could not find my hose, so they replaced it with a new 20m unit… that does not properly retract.”

“This is our third product. Every product is amazing! We have 2 of the retractable hoses and one being inherited but way older and still a workhorse tool in the garden. So, when we needed another of course it was our go to even though Bunnings have similar and cheaper. We knew we could trust your product. It was a Christmas present.”
“Hose was delivered and seemed o/k so I installed it at my sons house. When I was finished I noticed that the top of the case was not closed properly leaving a bit of a sharp edge along the join. Since it was Xmas I left it and put it down to bad luck and bad stock. Have bought 4 of these hoses, one at a previous property, two at my current property and this one for my son's house for Xmas. A little dissapointed, when I get a chance I'll have to unscrew the casing and try and level up the two sides to get rid of the sharp bit, but because he lives a fair way from me, that may take some time to get there.”
