“I cannot believe that you would not include your inexpensive adapter as part of the purchase of your retractable hose! It was highly recommended by family and has just been installed on the wall. It looks great and I’m told it works well, but I can’t attach it to my watering system or use Seasol without this adapter. My son in law has cobbled something together for me while I wait for it to arrive, having paid almost as much for delivery as for the adapter….”
