“Had trouble mounting the bracket on a hard wood post. Drilled the holes 60mm deep with a 5mm drill as instructed. Could not get the wood screws to fully home using a socket set. Ended up screwing the heads off the screws and having to cut the screw shanks off with a hacksaw. Had to purchase four galvanised M6 50mm coach screws to finally mount the bracket. Also needed the long extension of the socket set to screw in the bottom two screws as the body of the bracket was too close to the screw holes to allow the socket head to function correctly. Apart from that I have nothing to complain about as the delivery was fine and the reel works well.”
