“I had 2 different brands of hose reels that both started to break down after about a year - hoses started to bulge, hose wouldn't retract, kinking in hoses, fittings needed to be checked for leakage every few months. The Hoselink is a much sturdier unit. The clip system works perfectly (with an adapter) with my Karcher unit, and the solid metal spray head unit is brilliant. The customer service was great - helpful advice, returned emails promptly etc. The only problem was delivery time, but this is beyond Hoselink's control. I'm very happy so far and would recommend to anyone who is um-ing and ah-ing over price.”

“Prior to purchasing a HoseLink 20M auto rewind hose reel I endured the usual irritating frustrations of the home gardener: the dreaded Kinky Hose Syndrome... unwind it, section by section until the hose reaches the desired destination. Start hosing. The volume trickles to a drop. There's a kink half way along. Go back. Take out kink. Start hosing. Kink appears at another section. Remove kink. Go back. Stream of water cuts out altogether. I've pulled the hose a bit hard and it's disconnected from the tap.
