“Prior to purchasing a HoseLink 20M auto rewind hose reel I endured the usual irritating frustrations of the home gardener: the dreaded Kinky Hose Syndrome... unwind it, section by section until the hose reaches the desired destination. Start hosing. The volume trickles to a drop. There's a kink half way along. Go back. Take out kink. Start hosing. Kink appears at another section. Remove kink. Go back.
