“Hello Hoselink Team, I love your product, but I do have one thing I would like to mention that I was not happy with upon the second purchase of one of your 20m systems. Upon purchasing the first 20m I received two quality metal hose guns with it,, unfortunately upon the second purchase I only received one hose gun of much cheaper plastic construction. “This is our 4th purchase of a Hoselink retractable hose unit over the past few-years and although the unit received today looks the same it does not appear to be of the same robust quality casing/fixtures/appliances as previous deliveries. As we have only just received the item after a considerable delay in delivery, we do hope that the unit is as robust and efficient as our 4 other units however first impressions after unpacking and installing do not fill us with confidence.It does appear that the latest products do not match the previous high quality which we come come to expect from Hoselink …… I do hope we are wrong as there now many other similar units on the market at a lower price but we have always trusted the Hoselink quality”
