“The hose will not fully retract all the time from brand new out of the box. Sometimes I need to pull a lot of hose out, and let it retract faster so the entire length of hose pulls back in.I had previously bought a competitors brand which was more expensive but is a lot better.Also I was hopeful the product was made in Australia, but it is not.”
“The mounting bracket is a definite improvement over the old bracket with the two hidden rods which was hard to mount straight.I am not too fussed on the new nozzle. It is better as far as fewer parts needing replacement but is only good for watering the garden and is difficult to grip and use in a downward washing situation especially for older persons. The old pistol grip was better for that.”
“We have recently moved into a Over 55’s retirement village and a retractable hose has been provided however having used a Hoselink retractable hose for many years it wasn’t good enough I had to have what I wanted and that wasn’t it. I have rheumatoid and my hands are painful I find this hose so easy to use pulling it out is not a problem also retracting it and the fittings work so well. As you can guess I love my Hoselink hose.
