I am puzzled by the operational design of the valves at the end of the hose and base of the supplied spray nozzle. One valve is pushed forward to open and the other is pushed back for water to flow. This seems like strange design ... surprising me as so much thought appears to have gone into the remainder of your product design. best wishes and thank you for your products.”
