“Unfortunately, we have not yet received this product after nearly three weeks and we have been disturbed by garbled text messages, some saying the parcel is arriving today others saying the reason for the delay will be revealed if we click on some arriving at 1.15 am and all appearing to be scams. It has been quite disturbing for us as we are concerned about somebody trying to break into our bank accounts etc. We have previously purchased a hose reel from your company andf have been very happy with it.”
“A little disappointed with the quality of our second retractable hose purchase. The hose is different to the first one we got. Remains to be seen if it lasts as well. The sprayer appears to be a cheaper type and is plastic. It also has a different on and off which I’m not particularly liking. The first one we got is much more robust, also remains to be seen if it lasts as well.Hard to know how to rate when we have only been using it for a couple of weeks. May have been a bit harsh with a 3 rating but I guess time will tell. Have put No on recommend until I see how it performs.”
