“The product is fantastic, however when I ordered I was told that there may be a delay in shipping of up to 7-10 days. After 4 weeks I had to chase up the delivery (an email update would have been nice) to be told it would be shipped within the next week. 3 weeks later the product finally arrived. I understand that there are global supply chain issues (I work in logistics) however better communication with your customers would make it easier for all.”
“Great product. Good experience only problem was the delivery driver left it out on the rain side of carport open side and it got wet. Was plenty of room in dry near door under carport”

“good service and the hose seems to be of good quality but still loops and kinks if you do not keep an eye on it, retractable spring could be stronger for quicker retraction otherwise all good.”
