“Have been a long time customer and bought many things and recommend hoses to friends and family… this company also offers great customer service and and very helpful with warranties….. i highly recommend this company and the hoses… this is the 3rd reel i have bought and this one was a gift for my elderly mother and was disappointed to find the sprayer has been changed to plastic and the trigger is harder to use now to turn on the spray gun that is why its a 4* not a 5*…. I actually had to change over the gun of my old hose for my mum and take the new one for my old hose….. I recommend this hose but am not to fussed on the spray gun ……..”

It was ordered and paid for on 27th September, 2021.I have spoken to your staff members on 12/10/21, 15/10/21, 21/10/21, and 29/10/21.IT IS NOW INTO THE 6TH WEEK since payment taken. On each occasion I was told that item should be desptached in the next few days and a TRACKING number e-mailed to me.”
