“1 suggestion. We thought it was broken and couldn’t understand why it would not work. That was until i just tried moving the yellow lever below the spraygun, then it worked. Cannot find any mention of this feature in the instructions so i suggest you add it.”

“Go this as a Christmas present. Overall not really impressed by it. For starters the supplied wall plugs are rubbish and I should have know better to use better plugs when installing into brick. 1 of the plugs broke and one of the screws snapped upon tightening it to the wall. Attachments are heavily overpriced. Just don’t see the value in these and spending over $200 for a hose...”
“Have bought several Hoselink Retractable Hose Reels and recommended them to family members. However the most recent Hose Reel came with a cheap plastic spray gun instead of the Metal Trigger Spray Gun that has always been supplied. Such a disappointment. Will think twice before investing in another one.”

The reason we have changed the Spray Gun over is because we have had constant complaints about our Metal Spray Gun when it comes round to servicing the unit which does need to be done every 6 - 9 months (depending on use). Therefore, we have personally designed the new included Spray Gun exactly how we want it. You will find this model should outlast the metal and be much more user friendly for you.
