“Ordered 20 metre hose and had an issue with hose retraction initially. Assistance and resolution of problem dealt with fast. Very happy with with the customer service side of the company. Hose unit is very good and fittings appear strong and well made.”

“1 suggestion. We thought it was broken and couldn’t understand why it would not work. That was until i just tried moving the yellow lever below the spraygun, then it worked. Cannot find any mention of this feature in the instructions so i suggest you add it.”

“Go this as a Christmas present. Overall not really impressed by it. For starters the supplied wall plugs are rubbish and I should have know better to use better plugs when installing into brick. 1 of the plugs broke and one of the screws snapped upon tightening it to the wall. Attachments are heavily overpriced. Just don’t see the value in these and spending over $200 for a hose...”
