“Have bought several Hoselink Retractable Hose Reels and recommended them to family members. However the most recent Hose Reel came with a cheap plastic spray gun instead of the Metal Trigger Spray Gun that has always been supplied. Such a disappointment. Will think twice before investing in another one.”

The reason we have changed the Spray Gun over is because we have had constant complaints about our Metal Spray Gun when it comes round to servicing the unit which does need to be done every 6 - 9 months (depending on use). Therefore, we have personally designed the new included Spray Gun exactly how we want it. You will find this model should outlast the metal and be much more user friendly for you. “This my second purchase of a retractable hose unit. I got this as to work of main pressure, to date works as promised. The service to get the unit to me before Xmas was awesome. Overall all items I have purchased are good quality.Only criticism is the hi flow unit does not well off mains pressure, off my water tank which has pump really good.”
