“Excellent. Well made and works perfectly. Only one suggestion to make it perfect. Redesign the mounting bracket to stop the hose reel from impacting the wall when rotated 180deg, or in a 180deg parked position. I've mounted a modified rubber door stop on my brick wall, to stop this happening, but modifying the mounting bracket could achieve the same result.”

Rang to check and was advised no stock available?.My order had apparently be shipped to another customer?.My order was unable to be fulfilled as no stock was available?I was advised that my order would be dispatched as soon as stock became available. As it transpired, the item did arrive in the week leading up to Christmas...but it was a lot of stress.”
