“Purchased 2 x 30m retractable hose Reels and one of the nozzles passes when it is under pressure. It seems like a 50 percent of the items has an issue.”
“I have owned this hose now for about month and the water that keeps coming out smells and is really white like boar water. We didn’t have that problem with the other hoselink hose as it was a swap over. It must be just the charcoal one as we have spoke to other people that own the charcoal hoselink and they are having the same problem 6 months later. We had the warm grey 20m one for a very long and when first got no problems at all. So i thought I would change the colour and size. So I don’t know if there is any difference between the 2 colours. Why is it why we r having this problem”
“We already have a hoselink retractable hose reel and bought one for the front yard. The hose seems to be more flexible. The only thing I don’t like is the new nozzle and it’s centre setting. We prefer the old trigger nozzle.and it’s venter nozzle.”
