“I am impressed. I have bought all competitive brands over the last decade but this is my first on-line and direct purchase of a Hoselink one. I had previously purchased a spray head and was impressed with how that worked even though it had a calcification problem so I bought the retractable reel. I am thinking about converting my other two. It pulls out easier than the competition and has not jammed on the return trip unlike others. My only question is why it does not come with the cover (which can be purchased) when at least here in Australia, the UV radiation all Summer is extreme. The lovely colour of charcoal will fade unless it is acquired. My acquisition of two more may depend on how Hoselink responds to that query.”
“We are long term users of Hoselink hoses. We love the new charcoal colour. Not so keen on the new design of the nozzle at yhe end. It feels awkward to operate and not as solid as the old metal ones.”
“This is my second purchase of a 30m retractable hose from Hoselink and I love it. Reliable, strong and non leaking are these hose and reels. Only criticism is that a bit of strength is required to unreel the hose beyond the half way mark. I was looking to purchase one of these for my 85 year old Mum but she wouldn't be able to pull the hose out far enough.”
