“The attachment to the tap does not fit at all. Bought two - 30m & 25m and both with the same issues. It’s a new house with normal taps and it doesn’t make sense that the connectors don’t fit the taps, considering the price of the items. We need to cut and attach different connectors. Will not recommend this product”

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the attachment not fitting properly. Our Universal Tap Connector is designed to fit both standard tap sizes in Australia, so this is certainly not a common issue we see. It sounds like the reducer included with the tap fitting may have not been removed.

“My third Hoselink hose, I really can't fault them. My last two are three years old and going strong. Very happy to replace an Aldi hose reel that didn't make three years, and just didn't retract well from early on. The black colour works perfectly with my Dulux monument coloured garage. I noticed they changed the little 'on' toggle button to be a bit more raised, which I find easier to use than the previous version.”
