“Great new colour. Robust. Easy to retract. I like that it comes with all the accessories that you need so that you can use it straight away. We have a few other hose reels that we bought a number of years ago and they still work as good as the day we received them. Would highly recommend these hose reels.”
“We have had our 30 mt retractable reel replaced twice so far. The first time due to a leak and the second due to a reiteration problem.On another reel we had the spray gun fail. We had had 3 houses fitted out with Hoselink reels and generally had no issues. Certainly the new spray guns are a much cheaper option and don't perform well. The retractable reels apparently have not changed but they certainly feel lighter weight and get stuck regularly.Overall happy with the product and certainly the customer service and support has been excellent - no questions asked and faulty items replaced straight away.Lets hope the fascination with cost cutting does not reduce the quality further - most people would be happy to pay more for an item that was sure to work.”
