“I’m not sure how you have so many 5 star reviews as I purchased two within weeks of each other and within the first 3 months both don’t retract and the pressure in both is very week, including the “hi flow” hose.Disappointed to say the least. Customer care sends a service manual that tells you how to fix the reel. Works once then stops working. Would Not recommend, sorry.”
