“I have been using Hoselink products for many years now however this was my first time with an extendable hose. Their after sales service is as usual spontaneous and genuine and I did ask a lot of questions, three phone calls and several emails. I needed to understand all about installation, (Which post would be right for my situation) how much concrete do I need etc Im over 70 and I was installing this on my own. In the end the only thing I needed help with was to lift the system onto the post:)With this last purchase the interaction with all Hoselink staff was supportive, informative and their professionalism stands on its own. Nothing was too much trouble. I cant say I am surprised as its always been that way:)”

“Purchased the 30m hose reel & very happy. Easy enough to install & all appears good. Making life easier putting away the hose. A nice to have addition would be to have a rubber buffer or something soft at the widest point of the reel to stop it contacting the house wall directly. Would protect both my newly rendered wall & the reel. A quick trip to Bunnings solved my problem”
