“The new purchase is OK and the only reason I purchased again was because I already have a lot of the products. I am concerned about the longevity of the retracting spring. I have already discarded one of these products as the spring had lost its re tractability.I did enquire some months ago about fitting a new spring mechanism but was told that this was impossible. I think you really should upgrade the quality of the retract mechanism to last a lot longer.Doug Coggins”

“I owned two older Hoselinks that were strong, well built and lasted the fifteen years we were there. Having just moved I purchased two new ones and they are cheaply made plastic that won’t last long and the hose kinks and the connections leak. This is really disappointing for an expensive item.”
