“I originally bought a 30 meter hose link hose, and I was very disappointed with the smell of the water coming out of the hose. It was a very chemical smell and nothing that you would want to pour on vegetables. My dog would not drink the water coming out of the hose at all. To your credit you sent me a new one and I sent that one back and initially the new one was good but it is exactly the same now so I have decided to just hang onto it and hopefully it will get better over time as I need the hose but I must say it is a bit disappointing but thanks very much for trying to fix the problem.”
