“This hose reel is an ace of a product for use and storing the hose, and it’s great to be able to simply store it onto a bracket, and even secure it with a lock in an untrustworthy world we’re living in. When first used for approximately two years the ‘glider’ effect on hose is wonderful, but sadly after while it either mis-restores the hose when you’re trying to do so or it breaks, as my last one did and stops the hose from winding in a complete across/backward position inside unit, it’s then trying to wind hose up too much in one position before it decides to move to the spare room/storage. But hopefully this will be fixed by Hoselink to be metallic or something that can support the hose strain/running pressure over time and when over just a minute say with the heat effect? I will say I got 7-9 years out of last item before the breakdown due to wear/use, as I was never pulling hose out or winding up fast, as it was running through my hand in procedure, so I didn’t want to get ‘hosed burned’.Meanwhile, when using the official item, it was always great to so easily use your unique connections that didn’t drip as well as the great provided head connection that gives you multiple options of spraying. I will say that over time too, these connections can start having dripping issues, as mine did also - a nonstop leak on tap connection and water running off multiple head connection. But you get approximately 6 1/2 years of trouble free issues still and while you do it’s a fun/fantastic item to have/use and I recommend it to everyone. The connections are good to have spared though, as you can then replace accordingly straight away, easier than the unit issues. Thank-You. �”
