“The product is fine,I have used your products for many years and recommend them highly.My only criticism, is that I ordered it a few days prior to you announcing “Boxing Day discounts” which would have saved me around $50.00.I must say I was disappointed, that your staff didn’t alert me to the discount that was coming in a few days, so I could defer my purchase.I subsequently ordered a new hose fitting taking advantage of the sale price.”

“1: hoselink system delivered to our local Post Office within 2 days! Takes us four weeks to get Christmas cards from family in .USA.2: Installation went OK. Sat the moulded mounting block on a hefty slab of timber. The underside of the mounting block tapers away from the bottom mounting screw holes. If there was no taper, this would provide greater support for the hose drum.3: no trouble to operate so far, BUT, I would like to buy a cover, but they were out of stock. Thanks.”
