“Ordering online was straight forward. Easy. Delivery was via Aus Post, and was not an extra charge. Thank you. The hose is working well. And, we have ordered some accessories to make the new hose compatible with a few of our other fittings. The only "issue" is that the long reel has reduced the water pressure at the nozzle end, so I will get the plumber out to see if we can increase our pressure at the water meter. It is so comfortable to have the retractable hose system. Nice and smooth function.”
