“Purchased the 30m Hoselink recently after being sick and tired of having to manually “roll up” my old hose. A couple of issues with the product however - whilst the retractable component is great, the nozzle connection will not fit onto any of my existing lawn sprinklers. This is quite annoying as i now have to shift back to my old hose when I’m running the sprinklers. I would have thought that some sort of simple adapter could have been provided with the purchase considering the price paid. The other issue is with the nozzle itself. The (several) pre-determined settings are either too soft or too hard for my liking. I have had to adapt my old fashioned plastic nozzle to get the desired water intensity. In all, a bit frustrating. Thank you for the opportunity to provide this feedback.”

“Delivery was prompt and good. Customer service was good. Due to my husband and I being diagnosed with cancer last December, and both trying to get through chemotherapy, we had to delay installing as we moved the position of the tap for the hoselink We installed on the 9th of July and tested and all was well. Imagine our disappointment, when we went to use it the next day and the hose fitting sprayed water out from the sides. Not an awful lot of pressure coming out of the nozzle with that happening.
