“Terrible.I purchased previously a 20m reel and shipping was massively delayed due to what was mentioned as an upgrade in the system, and when it arrived the reel was dirty like it was used ex display and a coupling was malformed.Customer service sent me a new coupling, I liked the reel so much that the shipping and other issues quickly faded.I then decided to purchase a 30M reel for the front of my house, this once again was delayed even though it was supposedly in stock and it was much later than my first order.I got the same message upgrading the system. After 4 weeks without a reel I asked if you could ship me a 20m reel instead as I did not want to wait. The following week a 30 metre reel arrived, then a 20m reel.I presumed Hoseling sent me a 20m reel to compensate me for my time and trouble.I sent an email to hoselink thanking you for your gift only to be told you wanted me to ship it back.The whole experiencer of buying from you was a nightmare.Glad I have what I paid for now but glad I never hopefully have to purchase from you again.I don’t mean to be negative or a Karen I just hope this message helps you improve”
“It's a wonderful product. I've located it in a place where it probably gets too much sun, so I should have perhaps bought a cover for it, because these products are sun affected. Maybe a reduced price cover, when purchasing a hose reel would be helpful. I didn't think about it.”
“Tried the Holman, have a gardena and this one is the best by far. The hose is easier to pull and it seems to have a smoother and stronger retractable system. Haven't had it long enough to comment on the durability but it does seem solidly built.”
“Hi , Ive had a couple of these over the years and currently still getting some use fro a ten year old model. My only issue with the new one is the Hand Sprayer, much prefer the old metal Trigger type [like the one in the photo on your review page], i find the Center and Mist functions on the old one much better, Im a 40 plus year Horticuluralist / Landscaper and can vouch that There are hoses and there is Hose link. Still a good product just dont like the Sprayer, maybe could include an option for old farts like me!”
