“After years of a progressive arthritic condition I finally took the plunge to purchase a couple of retractable reels.
After much research (and on the advice of a good friend who had been using one for some time) it was this Hoselink reel that came up trumps for me.
You get what you pay for and I did not want to pay for something that I would have to repair/replace in a couple of years..... if I was lucky by all accounts!
Yes, you pay a little more but it is a far superior product to anything else currently available.
I purchased a number of accessories/parts that I will not bother to review, suffice to say that were all of a similar high quality.
There was a minor malfunction with one of the small accessory parts which was dealt with so expeditiously that my head is still spinning.....kudos to the service team, very impressive.
They look great and work so well, no more pain with the bending and winding of hoses.

“I found this hosereel to be well designed and constructed and the manufacture gave good advice to put the hosereel out of the frost weather, during winter. I live in Cooma NSW and every winter all my hoses outside become cracked and have to be sent to the tip. At least Hoselink reels are easy to disconnect and reconnect every winter.”
