“I purchased two 30m hose reels in 2020. Not long after I phoned Hoselink as on of the hose reel started leaking internally. A bloke sent me some washers and instructions. Unfortunately it didn't solve the problem but I was not too concerned and the other hose reel was fine. Over the years the leak has got a lot worse and I phoned Hoselink and explained the problem. Despite the Hose reel being well out of warranty the lady offered to send me a new Hose reel which arrived a few days later. Fantastic service.”
“I've bought at least two of these before so this is my 3rd so they must be good else why would I keep buying BUT when they first came out you'd get a high quality mostly metal ( I think cast aluminium and brass) spray head with trigger, I think it had 6 spray pattern settings now you get as standard a cheap plastic head with 8 settings. This plastic head fails fairly quickly, it's garbage quality, it leaks especially around the on/ off trigger axle and you end up soaked when using it which is particularly a pain in winter. You can buy the original metal unit separately which I've just bought two off but it irks me that hoselink sell the cheap plastic one with the hose reel instead of the better quality one. The plastic one is so bad in my opinion it's damaging their reputation and should be discontinued untill it's redesigned it's that bad”
“The Classic Hose reel suits our purposes, ensures we can reach every part of our home that needs watering or cleaning, and retracts neatly out of the way when we've finished the tasks. I will be 80 in 2025 and I can lift the unit out of its pivot but I can see that it might be a bit heavy for those who may be frailer. Nevertheless, the system works well and ensures no lost water through leaky fittings.”
“Just before Christmas I was asked by a neighbour to water their garden while they were away. This is when I first experienced the Hoselink Retractable Hose Reel. I was so impressed because it was easy to pull out and put away and the best part was that it didn't kink and cause me to have to unravel a hose to keep watering by hand. I purchased my own Hoselink Retractable Hose Reel and I'm really satisfied with my purchase.”
“The hose stopped retrating on the third use. I pulled it out to water garden approx 25meres away and hose will not retract. At this price point this product should not have issues like this.”
