“I was particularly impressed by the packaging and clear instructions. I installed the two Hose reels first and paid attention to the well placed swing tabs and only studied the full instructions afterwards ( as you do) ! I really liked the quality of the product and of the fixings and how they are neatly packaged inside the mounting bracket. Although a minor detail of the plastic tube and how it was taped on with non-adhesive tape that could be easily undone without having to use scissors or a knife. I am not a fan of packaging that has to be completely destroyed with risk of cutting yourself with the sharp blister packaging’s welds or the sharp tool needed to cut the product out of its package. It is always best to be able to repackage the product for storage (if applicable) or return if faulty or for future repairs if needed.”
