“First reel was leaking from two sections, got that replaced after numerous emails and phone calls. Then second reel also leaked. Spare parts sent for me to replace. Brand new reels and both had issues. New reel does not roll up properly, I have to keep pulling out and then back in to roll up. Not happy at all with this product.”
Hi Andrea, thank you for your review. Is your leader hose pulled quite tightly out of the connector? If so, this could be putting unnecessary strain on the connection causing the drip. We would recommend an extension to relieve the pull on the fittings. Regarding the Hose Reel, it would be best if you could call our customer care team whilst you are standing by the Hose Reel, just to enable us to ask you a few questions and work out what the problem is. “I bought a hose link reel for my mother in law who has been fighting with her garden hoses for years, I first purchased one from Bunnings which was very hard to rewind, flimsy and broke within days. I then bought the hoselink, my mother in law often struggles to get the knack of things like this but she loves this reel and finds it easy to use. “The hose reel itself is very good and happy with the operation. HOWEVER using it 2 days ago the swivel connection parted from the sprayer gun. It seems to be a design fault as when it came apart I could see that there were O rings holding the connection in. I will post back the faulty part for replacement in due course.Overall the hose reel is working well at this point in time.”
