“Excellent in every respect - except the flow is a bit less than I expected. Feeding this 30m reel with my tank pump doesn't quite do the job. Clearly the pressure drop over the distance is the problem. Therefore I might have to swap this reel to the mains tap and get a shorter reel for the pump tap. Otherwise, love it!”
“This hose is fabulous:). It really does reliably and easily retract and extend. A word to the wise - install it straight away! We left ours in storage for nearly a year before installing it and had troubles with retracting it. We rang hoselink - turns out over-long storage can cause the spring to break. They replaced the hose immediately (with very kind advice to install it soon:)). The new hose has performed perfectly since. Great product, exceptional service. Thanks!”
