Overall it is a great product however I have concern that the retractable function might cause a fall hazard for him as to tug on it to retract might be to robust for his age. We previously had a reel smart which was a slow gentle rewind - but the lure of a product that has no leaks was why I needed to give your product a try. It there anyway to have it retract in another way?”
“The product is as described ,it operates well. My wife and I are both 70+ so we cannot carry the reel full of water so it cannot be used for our front garden but it still reaches al my back gardens. As a foot note I did not attach the mounting bracket to my house wall I built a gal steel post and secured to the concrete.”
