“As you know I have brought two of them. After the first I relIsed needed an adapter to fit my sprinkler. Postage was dearer than the adapter.Maybe you should prompt new buyers and for the $8 adapter maybe “throw “ it in??Love the retractable box”

We do show a "frequently brought together" section under the Hose Reel image and also when you add the product to cart you get another prompter. However, if you do not know what you are looking for then we can understand it being slightly confusing. “Hi all I have brought 6 hose reels 2 30 m 2 20 m 2 25 metre. and other items, i have had a problem,rang up and it was sorted in minutes. the staff now the thier products very well i highly recommend Hose link.”
“Excellent service and it does the job beautifully. Only thing we have found is it rubs on the brick wall so we have put a rubber buffer on both sides to prevent it from scratching the hose reel.”
