“I have two hose reels which I purchased in 2017. My wife recently got a bit too physical pulling out the hose and broke the fitting where the hose joins the reel. Hoselink replied to my query that they would send me a new part plus some orings and oil to effect the repair. About three years after purchasing I never expected this! Parts arrived in a few days and the reel now works like new again. I definitely would recommend this product and this company.”

“I bought two of these for my mothers birthday on Monday. One hose nozzle is great the other, on “centre” mode is pretty much the same as “jet”. I was going to get in touch for a replacement, and I then got this email. How do I get a replacement? The other nozzle is great and she really likes it.”
