“We purchased 2 hoselink reels and one was absolutely brilliant. Unfortunately the other stopped retracting within a few weeks of using it. Seems something inside it broke. When I contacted Hoselink, they were so helpful in trying to first work out the problem and then when it was concluded that it couldn't be fixed, we were granted a new reel very quickly. We love our Hoselinks and would never buy a different hose now!!..”
“I love the retractable hose. I no longer fear tripping over the hose .I also love not having to coil up the hose after each use. The only down side is I have twice got a blood blister on my index finger from the trigger pinching my finger. That is very painful . I have never had this happen with other trigger nozzles. It seems to be a design flaw.”
“We bought the 30m hose reel and cover (Qld sun) an extra bracket and a couple of extra universal tap connectors. We've only had it a few weeks but it's made watering a lot easier. Much better than removing and replacing the old hose which was hung on an old wheel rim bolted to the wall. Everything seems to be good quality. I'm hoping to get many years of use out of it.”
