“The mounting template supplied was not accurate and the bracket design is not very forgiving if bolts are not 100% perpendicular and catch the rather prominent lugs so some allowance in alignment would be nice. I also felt 850mm was too low for my garden which has a substantial downward slope away from the reel. Once reset at about 900mm the hose reel worked flawlessly. While a padlock works it would be good to have an inbuilt locking mechanism rather than having to purchase extra. I bought 2 reels because they are really too heavy to cart more than a few metres especially if the hose is full of water.”

“A bit to hard to pull out for an 86 year old, Connectors bulky, Hand spray not as good as my old Gardenia variable patten and volume controlled by trigger. Mine very old and I can't find one the same in there range any more.Connecting other brand fittings requires buying adapters which I have ordered. Very well made product but a bit over the top and heavy.”
