“My experience with the 30 metre hose reel has not been good so far. Having set up the reel, I immediately noticed a reduction in water pressure. The level of performance was not practical, so I contacted your office explaining the problem. I was advised that I require the ‘hi flow’ version for low water pressure. I have since had our water pressure tested. The result being that we have standard water pressure. At this point we are still waiting for the second of two reels, which we ordered on the 8th April 2020 I will then return both reels to Hoselink via Australia Post and arrange for two Hi flow reels to be sent to me. I do like the quality of the product but I’m disappointed that it is not as efficient as our old ‘Pope’ 30 metre reel, which used successfully with the same water pressure and was half the price. I now hope that we can solve this dilemma with replacement hi flow reels????”
