“I have previously purchased and used hose reel. The reel stopped returning due to a damaged part. I loved it til it stopped working. I read that I should set up reel at waste Height so I tried again and purchase a new one. This one came and when I installed I found a damaged fitting which I reported. I have been informed that a replacement hose reel is on the way. The product is not cheap. I expected the first one to last longer. Fingers crossed.”
