“The website currently has colored panels that flash or alternate colors. I hate that element as it feels like I am being pressured and a sense of urgency. Hoselink is a good product and doesn't need cheap and nasty marketing techniques like this.We already had a retractable hose in the front yard for several years and love it which is why we bought another for the backyard.The pressure wand is just ok but would be better if the hose reel incorporated a place to store the wand and keep it free from insects and bits of dirt that find their way inside and block it up. Storing it with the reel would mean it's always handily close by rather than having to remember that special place where you put the wand thinking you would always be able to remember where that was - only to find later that you actually cannot find it when you need it.We already had a wand (purchased with our first retractable reel) but when we went to swap the nozzle it appeared to be seized on and actually snapped the threaded end off the wand under light pressure from a spanner so was unusable after that. Maybe the nozzles should have a nylon inner thread to prevent seizing over time.We purchased a 2nd 30m retractable reel package for our son who is in the process of building a new home. Having had our own for several years we were confident that they would also love theirs and the 30m should be enough to cover their whole front yard, and the extra wand / sprinkler / splitter should give them every conceivable flexibility they will ever need.”
