“This is our 2nd 30M Hoselink retractable hose reel and while we love our 1st one, which covers our back yard, we always wanted a 2nd for our front yard. We have already noticed a couple of improvements like an improved ratchet/retracting system. Also the hose now comes with a flow controller attached, perfect for swapping our new attachments.”

“Not without its moments. The expectation for all your customers to have a 12mm masonry drill bit is overly optimistic. I strongly urge you to include this item in your basic package. I was disappointed that the inducement offer of four “free” attachments did not arrive with the hose, and I had to call Hoselink to sort out this problem. No apology was offered, and as of this moment, I am still awaiting delivery of these extras. I am having problems with severe leakage with the linkages/connections to the existing tapwork. I am having to connect the new hosereel using standard traditional regular fittings, and there is substantial loss of water at every connection. I am hoping that when the ‘extras’ package arrives I may have some way of overcoming this problem. Your advice would be appreciated.”
