“This is my second 30m retractable hose reel - I now have one for front garden & one for back. Being able to lock the reel to the wall mount in the front garden relieved my concerns re opportunistic thieves. I used the wand that came as a bonus to clean my brand new car and it really was very effective, gentle and with a wide fan. No need to get out the pressure cleaner and its car attachment. After purchasing the first reel Christmas 2016 I am unable to find any faults with the products or the service.”
