“This is my second 30m retractable hose reel. In my opinion they’re fantastic I haven’t had a single issue and they beat anything else on the market! My only gripe is wish they included the 8 pattern control sprayer (TEM: 5534). First time I asked for the swap as they’re both same price and Hoselink did it no issues.
