“We bought a Hoselink retractable hose reel after having two other brands fail. Both had issues with leaking, the housing cracked and warped and the hoses constantly kinked. After 2 months, one stopped retracting. The Hoselink hose was so worth the money, we will never go back to hardware store brands again. We love it so much we bought another hose head for our other hose and will hopefully upgrade to another retractable unit soon!”
“Easy ordering fast delivery. I haven't been able to use my hose properly because of current water restrictions in Sydney, except to fill up the watering can, but installation was very simple. Hopefully I will get to use my hose properly very soon.”
“I received an order of a retractable reel etc in November, very happy until it has started leaking like all the other brands I’ve had over the years. Very disappointed. To make matters worse before it started leaking I was so happy with it I ordered another 30m reel kit for a gift for my father, this got posted out with no street address so I’ve now been waiting for a couple of weeks for it, I really was hoping these products were of a high standard. I am going to try and have another sprayer nozzle sent out that doesn’t leak before I return the 30m reel. I would really like to hear back from someone as part of the appeal of hoselink was its a local company.”
