The first day it worked, the second, it wouldn't retract all the way despite fiddling, and by the first weekend, it was a tangled mess. We ordered a Hoselink and it arrived on our doorstep in two days. It slid straight onto the wall mounted bracket and my wife loves it. It's easy to use, doesn't tangle and retracts just like it is supposed to do, every time. The competitors might look similar and be priced similarly, but they certainly don't perform.
