“A few years ago I bought my first Hoselink hose and loved it. It was so easy to use, never kinked and never leaked. In particular, I liked the retractable hose feature. A couple of years ago, my daughters gave me a gift voucher from a large hardware chain and I bought another retractable hose from a different manufacturer. Big mistake. While similar in appearance and features, this has been a major disappointment. It doesn’t fully retract- very annoying and I have to hand feed the last three metres of hose every time I use it. It is a poor imitation of my Hoselink. Recently I had cause to purchase another retractable hose for another part of my garden. I had learned my lesson. The choice was obvious- it had to be Hoselink. In future, when it comes to hoses, I’ll never buy any other product - it has to be Hoselink!”
