“This is a great hose, the retractable feature keeps it nice and tidy. Another thing I love about this hose is how reliable the no leak or burst fittings are. I live on tank water, and this feature is extremely important to ensure that no water is wasted from unreliable hose fittings.”
“Hoselink responded quickly and responsibly to my original broken ‘spring’ on the first unit. The original 30 unit had only been retracted less than 10 times.Regrettably we feel our experience with one Hoselink 30 unit experience has not been great having brought two 30 metre units - one works has worked well - but not only did the spring apparently fail on the other unit but the nozzle unit demonstrates leaks in two places. One leak has apparently been fixed but I currently haven’t the time - or interest- to investigate , maybe in the coming week.It hasn’t been a major problem but it is not one I/we expected. It appears quality control is not up to expectations.of the advertising.On our experience we would not recommend the 30 metre unit - better a cheaper brand with even an extended hose attachment.Our experience with one 30 metre unit means we wouldn’t recommend it. Others have reccomended the product.We have more things to do than critique product unexpectantly. One son’s cheap 20 metre unit is performing without fault after some 6+ years.”
