“Fantastic reel we bought 2. Approaching the 2 year mark we had some issues with one called the help line and went through troubleshooting after working out that it wasn’t fixable hoselink sent out a replacement free of charge as it was still under warranty. It was very prompt and professional service and a pleasure to find a company that assists customers rather than making it difficult when it comes to follow up service. We were very grateful and would highly recommend”
